Don’t look back, you’re not going that way…

Join us in starting the new year off with Clarity, Meaning and Purpose. No resolutions or goal setting. Nothing outside of you to consider or focus on. Together we will investigate our own internal compass (clarity) so that we can set our course (right aim) and move our life forward (right action). We will find internal clarity about where we each are committed to having a breakthrough in the new year…in action? In felt experience? Reducing our suffering? Increased Peace and ease?

Drawing on the vulnerability and whole-hearted living work of Brené Brown as well as practices of self compassion, we will start the new year with our most powerful practice—Recognizing that it is never WHAT we are doing but WHO we are being while we are doing it.

Join our community as we move, meditate, journal and share with each other what matters most. Let’s move ourselves and each other forward into 2019 with Clarity, Right Aim and Right Action.
