The sound of the Gong has been used for thousands of years to create transformation and healing through a spontaneous state of meditation. How does Gong Meditation work? Our Subtle Body carries the embedded frequencies of the past. Through rhythm, entrainment, resonance and complex harmonics, the sound of the Gong becomes a force of energy clearing and toning the Subtle Body. Clear stagnant emotional energy and experience energetic rejuvenation through the powerful practices of Kundalini Yoga and deep relaxation in the sacred frequency of the Gong. Gong meditation is not advised for pregnant women or children under the age of 12.
