Finding Freedom
Taylor White Moffitt and Elisha Celeste
Sunday, March 11, 2018 1:00pm - 3:00pm
$28 Preregistration | $35 Day Of

Mind and body converge where the nervous system meets the fascial system, giving our body its shape and texture. This shape and texture in turn determines how we move through life: with aches and injuries and unprocessed trauma or buoyancy, resilience and freedom. We carry what lies buried in our bodies into the rest of life: our relationships, careers, movement practices etc.

We want to explore the connection between fascia, the nervous system and how we're showing up in life. By combining Taylor's powerful mind-body practices and Elisha's fascia work (called Kinetix) we'll offer tangible experiences for attendees to learn how to turn pain, trauma and adversity into a powerful ally for rapid transformation, personal evolution and lifelong resiliency on all levels: physical, mental, emotional, spiritual.

This workshop will include hands-on touch, asana/movement, and discussion. Please arrive in comfortable clothes with water and a journal.

Taylor is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in private practice. She has worked with couples, people with mood disorders, anxiety and depression for over 20 years. Taylor leads personal growth retreats for people who want to feel more power and peace in their life. She incorporates her love of yoga, meditation and personal work in all she does.

Elisha Celeste is a fascia and pain specialist who helps people heal trauma and find their freedom. Elisha believes quick fixes (if they work at all) only kick the pain can down the road. Her approach is about tuning in to the messages of pain itself, in order to find the root cause - the truth of which is always felt at the fascia nervous system junction in the body. Through her private practice, writing and YouTube videos, Elisha has helped thousands of people listen to their gut, get curious about their pain and turn physical, psychological and emotional adversity into their best ally for finding freedom and joy. Elisha Celeste is a fascia and pain specialist who helps people heal trauma and find their freedom.
